Best way to get an iPhone 4?

I'm in Chicago and I desperately want an iPhone 4. I'm a tmobile customer using an iPhone 3G and I've had it with their terribly slow 2G network on iPhone. I've tried Best Buy mobile stores but they seem to be always out of stock or the ones that they have are preorders. Same thing with AT&T stores. What do you guys recommnd doing?

Reserve by going to Apple Store. Average wait based on threads here seems to be a week or less. I reserved mine last Sunday and I picked up today (8 days)

Ordered mine from a local AT&T store on June 29th, to ship to my house. Just got a tracking number today, Fed Ex picked it up at 3:19 pm in Fort Worth Texas, left Fort Worth at 7:01 pm and is due in Washington State by 3:00 pm tomorrow/July 7th.
