Best way to get iMac videos on TV in living room?

I have tried connect 360 for my xbox but that always fails 2 minutes into the broadcast.
I have an airport express out there for music also, but I'm not sure that will do video.

Just looking for good ideas. I have some avi's I'd like to be able to watch on the couch.

I have a Mini Displayport to HDMI adapter I use for a 15 foot HDMI cable for my TV. You might want to consider this depending on how far away the tv is. Otherwise, an Apple TV might be the thing for you. If you decide to go with the Apple TV, they are rumored to come out with a new one fairly soon, so you may want to wait if you can.
