I have upgraded to iPhone 6. Now I need to sell my iPhone 5. The thing is, the power button is not working anymore, and it's got quite some scratches. I bought it from Apple store. Can I take it back to the store and get a refurbished one, and then sell it?

They have a program for the iphone 5 that will fix your power button for free even if you're out of warranty.
Bring it to Apple and see what they can do for you.
You should get more for selling an iphone 5 with a power button that works.
About the scratches thats your problem.
Next time use a case and a screen protector.

eBay. Craigslist. Apple will give you a measly amount of bones for your phone, if you're lucky you'll get 30 from Apple. You can sell it for at least $100 on eBay easily.

if it has a lot of scratches and the power button isn't working, i don't think you will get much for it. I would try offering it on Craigslist, I just sold an iphone 5 for $280! they sell quickly

Apple will give you a gift card, though I don't know if you have to do that at the time of purchase of a new phone.

You can sell it as is on craigslist, ebay or swappa, just be up front and forthright on the condition.

I have one small question. If apple replaced my home button, does they change IMEI and Serial of my iPhone?
