iPod touch Best way to get the songs from old ipod to new ipod touch

I'm on a windows PC and I wanted to know if I could get the songs from the old ipod to the new ipod. I have all the songs in my library but it's just a few hundred out of a few thousand so I don't want to manually add them all into the new ipod.
