Best way to get the unlocked and sim free A1865 iPhone X ?

Hi !

I live in Canada and i'm planning to get the unlocked and sim free A1865 iPhone X model ( weeks after the launch day ). Do I have to travel to the nearest US Apple Store to get one ?
