Best way to hook up new MBP 14" to Samsung HDR 4K TV?

I'd like to hook my laptop to my big screen 4K TV at home. What would be the best way to do so? Via the HDMI 2.0 port or another way? I want the best possible output to the TV.

Also would I be able to close the lid completely and use my mac having my desktop mirrored to my TV? I will be using a bluetooth mouse and keyboard of course with the macbook.
