Best way to import photos onto new iPhone?

Just got a iPhone 5. What's the best way to get the photos from my iPhone 4 onto my iPhone 5?

are they all in icloud ? cant you just sync them with your itunes ?

I wish. I have around 4GB's worth of photos. I have everything else in iCloud.

I might try deleting some and syncing to iCloud. It just takes soooo long

In the camera roll?

Backup your old phone in iTunes. Plug in the new phone and restore from the backup. Everything will copy over.

Yep they are all in the camera roll. The thing is I've already restored from a iCloud back up and have the phone pretty much setup the way I like it. I guess I could just start allover and do it that way.

Plug old phone into computer. Open iPhoto or Preview. Import old photos onto the computer. Put those photos in an album. Sync album with new iPhone.
