Best way to jailbreak/unlock att iPhone4 Ver 4.3.5. Modem firmware 04.10.01

Hoped I could get some good advice.

I have an Att iPhone 4

Version 4.3.5
Carrier Att 10.0
Model mc319ll

Modem firmware. 04.10.01. Is this the baseband?

I need to unlock this phone, but I don't know thud best way?

I want to use my sim card from my Att prepaid phone

I have read a lot, and the more I read the more I'm confused...

I was going to update to IOS 5 and then back up and then jailbreak...

But I heard that Att locks the phones so I can't use any other sim, but if I jailbreak I still need to unlock? Amd if I unlock can I use another Att sim?

Didn't know if there was any good info or instructions....

Baseband 04.10.01 is not unlockable. You need to buy an unlocked phone if you want to use it on other carriers, or get the Gevey Ultra for the unlock "hack."

So the modem firmware is the baseband?

And when I use the gevey ultra, I use my sim card from another carrier or the gevey ultra is the sim card?

And from what I understand I need to jailbreak the iPhone to use the gevey ultra?

Baseband 04.10.01 is not unlockable. You need to buy an unlocked phone if you want to use it on other carriers, or get the Gevey Ultra for the unlock "hack."

A phone with 04.10.01 BB can be unlocked wit a Gevey SIM imposer.

If you upgrade to 5.01 you need to preserve your current BB, 5.01 comes with 04.11.08 which is unlockable at present, but there are some vids showing an unlock with new SIM interposers aswell.

Upgrading with no BB can be done with redsn0w, you'll find some good instructions on this forum or iCalrified

Just switch sim cards and I dont have to unlock phone or use sim card imposer? Thx

how do I do this? Guess it's just not backing up?

And what can I use to jailbreak iPhone, and can the jailbreak be undone?

I've been reading for hours and seems like there's lots of info but I don't know what applies... My first time unlocking and jail breaking...
