Best way to keep MacBook docs synced with iMac?

Hey all, I'm wondering if you can provide me with a fairly simple and less clunky method of keeping my portable synced with my desktop.

I bought a copy of Chronosync, but I haven't found it all that great - does anyone else out there use something else?

I want to make sure my Entourage data is synced, and that I am always working off my most recent docs (so basically the Documents folder is what I want synced more than music and pics - although that would be nice!)

I have been using "Google Docs" and I find it great, so all is backed up and is available on any Mac, PC, or any other where there is WiFi.
I think it is the way forward, and will be the norm in a few years time, as you dont need any office software.
