Best Way to Make Ringtones in iTunes

ok, so I used to be able to make cool ringtones in Garageband, but ever since the last update from Apple, it starts converting the song from iTunes, and never finishes so I have no ringtone. I swear the more Apple tries to improve stuff lately the worse things get.

Anyone have a cool method of creating ringtones, I really need to make some new Tones for my iPhone.

[lagwagon]

- Convert to AAC (.m4a)
- Find it in finder and right click "get info"
- Change .m4a to .m4r and accept
- Open the newly changed to .m4r file in iTunes (should now show up under Tones)
- Sync Tones to your device.
