I have been a windows user all my life but have to transistion to Mac because of work. I was wondering what would be the best way to map my Mac 's keys to behave like Windows. I am using Karabiner and has mapped the Ctrl key to Cmd. But at work my laptop is docked to a monitor and I use a windows keyboard attached but when I work on my laptop I am forced to use the Mac keys and the mappings don't work. Is it so that each Mac app like Chrome etc. have different keystrokes for 'Home', 'End' etc.
