Best way to move photos from Mac to Camera Roll on iPhone?

I would like to move about 350 pictures and vids from my computer to my iPhones Camera Roll folder. What way is the most effective and easy way to do this?

Ate you sure you want to move them to the "Camera Roll" or just to the Photos app?
