Best way to output video from Iphone 4

Im looking for the best way to output movies from my iphone 4 to a computer monitor and/or a tv. Mainly looking to output to a computer monitor rather than the tv. So like maybe a dock-to-vga or dvi adapter???

For streaming to TV, sounds like the new AppleTVwill do it quite nicely. AND you still have full control of the phone which you would not have if it were docked.

I'm a fan of the apple AV cables

I know they cost $50 bucks, which is way too expensive

but they have ALWAYS worked, with every iPhone since my iPhone 3G, and tehy don't have those "lock buttons" on the side

those cheapy cables have a really bad history with apple updating software making them useless

plus its nice never getting that "this accessory is not supported message"
