best way to pull audio from a website

id like to pull audio from a website. whats the best way to do it with my imac?
theres a site with some audio to buy to use as ringtones. it wont let me buy it unless its compatable with my phone. im a big USC fan. The site is petecarroll dot com. if you notice the ringtone previews are flash, is there anyway to save it while i preview it?

The first 10 minutes are free and nothing keeps you from erasing the .plist either for additional paranoia.

Why ask when you could have gone to the website?
