Prior jailbreak veteran here with my ipad1, but I've really hesitated to jb this time around because once Apple comes out with something new I'm either stuck without their new features, or I'm stuck without a jailbreak for 6 months.

So I think I'm going to stop whining and just do it, I've been non-jb for over a year and I'm seriously missing a lot of programs I used to use.

Anyhow after I backup my non-jailbroken ipad is there any way to extract that specific backup and put it away somewhere safe? My intent is after I jailbreak I'd like to continue to backup as normal, but would like to have a nice non-jailbreak backup somewhere on a backup hard drive in case I need to go back to how my ipad was EXACTLY as it is today before I jailbreak. Basically I'd like to have 2 backups, one for today non-jailbroken and one for tomorrow jailbroken.

edit: BTW I'm on Win7, and also is there any way to include my music, contacts and pictures in the backup? I've had issues before when restoring from a backup I'd always lose those.
