Best way to read iMac temps?

So I installed iStat but I think it's wrong. At rest it's reporting 122 degrees CPU and 127 degrees GPU. But I don't hear the fan and the iMac feels relatively cool. In the process of installing Windows to try to use a different software since I can't find anything else on OS X.

You might want to change the readings to Celsius scale. It defaults to °F.

Those readings are probably fine at the chip die in °F.

How do I change it to Celsius? I was lookin all over and just assumed it was in celsius since there was no option
