My 4s has as teen protector that I did not apply. It's on pretty good what is the best way to remove it so I can put it in a case with a built in protector ?

Thanks

Regular tape should do the trick.

Press one end firmly against the screen protector and then slowly lift and it should peel right off.

I thought this thread was a joke. OP you really need help figuring out how to take off a screen protector? Finger nail to the corner and lift, no tape needed.

Like I said. I did not put this on and I did not want to scratch the screen with my finger nail. Tape worked perfectly.

Glass is harder than a finger nail, you couldn't scratch it if you tried.
