I've fallen completely in love with OneNote at work now and I'm gonna start to transfer from EverNote to OneNote. I know there are several ways to run windows apps in OS X. Parallels, CrossOver, VMWare etc. Which one is the best (preferably not too expensive either) if I only want to run OneNote and nothing else?

As long as OneNote works with crossover, I would use that. With Parallels and VMWare you have to install a whole operating system to make it work which takes up a great deal of additional space.
