Best way to sell ATV2?

Hi all,
In anticipation of the upcoming ATV update, I want to sell my two ATV2s. I know that these are desirable because they can be jailbroken. What is the best way to sell them? I don't have time to do the jailbreak myself, so is selling them as-is for someone else to jailbreak a possibility? Can they be jailbroken if they're running the latest software?

I sold 2 of mine Un-jailbroken on Ebay for $150 each. I bought all new ATV3s at the time. There is still a good market for them.
