Hi. I have set up a new account with Comcast Mobile, and am cancelling with Verizon. I have an iPhone 5s, silver, 32GB, it is in excellent condition except the battery life, which runs out fast.

Comcast will buy it, for I suspect around 70. dollars... or I was thinking I could put it on Ebay. I wanted to get your thoughts on the best way to proceed, and the most ethical. I don't want to mislead anyone. This isn't 'unlocked' right? So would the person have to know how to unlock the phone, or want a Verizon phone?

What are your thoughts on the best way to proceed, what would you do? Thanks for any replies.

Go to swappa.
Dont bother with ebay.
All verizon iphones are unlocked so you can list it as GSM unlocked and it will also work on Verizon but not on Sprint.
Mention that in there so a sprint buyer doesnt accidentally purchase and cant use it.

GSM unlocked? You're sure?
[doublepost=1513099646][/doublepost]Why not Ebay, swappa has better price and buyers?
[doublepost=1513100231][/doublepost]Would a buyer likely want to DYI a battery swap? This 5s has a battery that runs out quickly. I just want to be honest about this. I'm wondering if most buyers are aware of this issue...

Yes, it will work on any GSM carrier in the world.
I had many bad experiences with eBay so I wouldn't recommend.
Swappa has been pretty painless and they charge way less fees.
On the post also let them know about the battery that got degraded.

Awesome, thank you. Will do. I just don't want someone to buy this as their go to phone, and have it lose charge all the time. Maybe I'll see what Comcast will give me for it. Thanks again.
