Sadly its time to sell my favorite Mac, but I don’t know if I should piece it out or sell as one complete package. I saw a recent listing on eBay that sold for $1599, but it was nowhere near the specs of my machine. I do understand that there is a limit what people will pay for a 11 year old computer.

Below are the specs. As of now, I’m leaning towards selling it in pieces.

2009 Mac Pro (flashed to 5,1)
Dual 6 core 3.33 (X5680) CPUs
96GB 1333Mhz Ram
RX580 8GB (flashed for boot screen)
Upgraded WiFi + BT (802.11ac and BT 4.0)
Highpoint 7101a NVME 4x PCI Card
2x 2TB Sabrent Rocket NVME blades
2x 2TB HP EX950 NVME Blades
3x 3TB Seagate 7200 RPM HD
USB 3.1 PCI card

Probably you can try selling your 2009 Mac Pro by individual parts to get a higher sale. Though you’ll have to take note some may be slower to sell.
