Best way to set up customer lobby mac?

Hey guys, I am a windows admin. One of our new offices wanted an iMac in the lobby for customers to use. I can lock down the web with our firewall, but I'm wondering if OS X has some kind of "kiosk" mode or if there is a good guide on best practices for something like this?

Just use parental controls?
