I've just bought an Airport express and was wondering what the best way to set it up would be so that I can play music stored on my NAS, controlled by my iphone / ipad. I have itunes match as well, and don't want my phone to be streaming the music from wherever. The airport express will be wired via ethernet to the same router as the NAS on which everything is stored. I don't want the problem with network dropouts and hammering the bandwidth and battery on my iphone to deal with.
How can I set it up to be taking the music straight from the NAS rather than streaming it. I'd also rather not have to turn off itunes match everytime, because it takes an age to repopulate the library when I turn it back on. Thanks, Dom
