Best way to sort audio out of sync issues

I have a TV recording on my Apple TV, however with about 5 minutes to go, the audio goes out of sync by about 10 seconds.

I was considering using Final Cut Pro to do this, although I'm unsure how exactly to keep it lossless, and I've had issues with even using mp4 files in Final Cut Pro.

What is the best way to sort out audio sync issues without comprising any video and audio quality?
