I have contacts on Mobile Me, Address Book and Google. Is there an easy way to get them all cohesive? I think most of my full contacts are on Google. I would love to have all three places match so my iPhone will quit duplicating and deleting contacts.

Since MobileMe and Address Book should always be in sync, there is no need for you to sync your iPhone with both.
Also, in address book you can sync with Google. So now everything should contain the same contacts.
