Best way to transfer Gmail contacts to Exchange/Outlook?

I want to get the email from my school (Exchange) onto my iPhone but I am currently using Exchange for the Google Contacts. What is the best way to get the contacts from Google onto a Exchange account?

Anybody have an idea besides doing 1 by 1 which is not what I want to do!
