Best way to Tx old HDD to iMac

I found an old 160 Western Dig HDD from my old PC tower...would love to see whats on it.

I know have a new iMac.

whats the best way to get them transfered, realizing i will have to probably goto a computer tech store?

You could get one of the IDE (P-ATA) or Serial-ATA (S-ATA) to USB adapters, they cost around 10/20 €.
