Best weather radar app?

Im looking for a high quality weather radar app. I want it to superimpose weather watch and warn areas on the map. If anyone has used GR Level 3 on the pc, that's the kind of functionality I'm looking for.

Any suggestions?

RadarScope.

It doesn't show watches, but it does show warnings and storm tracks and it is able to pull any type of data the radar is capable of.

Thanks. Can you set up notifications for watches/warnings or anything like that? From what I've seen so far of it, it looks like it will do the trick for me so I'll probably go ahead and pick it up.
