I know this it nitpicky. But i am using windows 7 and i am going to try logging on from chrome. But i was wondering, even if it is just a minor detail. If anyone has had any good/bad experiences with a particular browser when doing a pre order?

lol. if anything, safari but don't forget about the apple store app on iphone/ipad.

I'm pretty sure when I ordered the iP5 I was having much better luck with Safari getting the store page to even load. It took hours that year to get through. I doubt it will be that bad this year.

haha, I kinda was thinking the same thing but didn't want to make a thread. I have a rMBP and decided to just set the preorder page as my homepage on Safari and Firefox haha. I'll use Safari first and if it stalls ill hop over to FireFox

depends more on your internet connection rather than your browser.

this is false. it depends more on you loading the site when resources are freed on the webserver you're connecting to (to initiate a handshake between you and the server). internet connection is irrelevant.

I got Chrome and Safari going at the same time. Also the Apple Store app on my iPad.

I'm ready to get this over with lol

I'm doing 2 Safari windows. 1 with the Apple Store, 1 with AT&T's store.

Also, I will be using the Apple Store app on my 5C

If you have an iphone already, use the apple store app. It is seamless.

This is assuming you have an upgrade. I have to do edge, so using the app store is out for me. Cause i have to do the edge agreement online through Verizon. I have chrome, and internet explorer both set to the sign on page. That way whichever of the two browsers comes up first, i will use that one to place my order. Almost tempted to download a third web browser just in case! :D
