Best webcam for Powerbook G4

I need to buy a webcam but have read conflicting reviews as to which works best for Mac. I have a Powerbook G4 with OS X 10.4.11 software and I plan to use Skype. I'm looking at either the Logitech Webcam Pro 9000, Quickcam Pro for Notebooks, or Quickcam Vision Pro For Mac. Does anyone have experience with these using my software? Thanks.
