Best webcam for use on Skype?

What is the best webcam to use on Skype? I've noticed many are not compatible with macs. We need one for distant piano lessons that has a zoom.

the newest model does not work with macs for some reason. Keep in mind, that normally not the webcam, but the internet connection on both sides is responsible for the quality of the conversation...
