Best XB1 Bundle Out Right Now?

I have one for my media room upstairs but looking to add one to my living room downstairs to game on my 4K TV and serve also as a media hub and streamer.

I get bundle overload when I look and see so many different bundles out there right now.

Looking for the "best deal" isn't as easy with all these bundles it seems!

I prefer "a la carte" and would get the refurb for $249 and go to Gamestop and get whatever used games sale they have going on...

I ended up getting the gears of war ultimate bundle with forza 6 added in, Ori, and rare replay from a marketplace member here for $260 shipped AND it's the 1 TB model.

Extremely happy and great deal.
