Best Buy and Apple Store are two different things. Apple will give you the UTD copy if you go to their UTD website and plug in your serial # and purchase date.

If you search online for apple stores online all bestbuys that have apple inside them are listed as apple stores

I don't see a single Best Buy listed with your zip.
But regardless you can't go into an Apple Store and get the $9.99 up to date disc either.
