BestBuy 2009 MacBook Pro Release

Hello,

I recently purchased my first 15" Macbook Pro and loved it...until it broke the 2nd day ( screen defective ). I returned it to Best Buy but there is no longer any available. The one I purchased was a 2008 model as they were selling them all off.
Does anyone have an idea of when the 2009's will be available at Best Buy here in Ontario Canada? Best Buy is unable to tell me because they do not know but was hoping maybe someone here had a better idea of the estimated release date?......

I have no clue, but more importantly since they don't have a replacement, what are they going to do for you? Have you gone to an Apple store to see if Apple can fix it? Explain the circumstance and maybe Apple will replace? (probably not) Worth a try.

If you take the machine to an Applestore they will fix it (under warranty). But will not replace it.
