I'm on a NcMP 7,1. I upgraded my startup disk to Ventura and when done, got to the desktop and the menu bar was pretty much empty. So I restarted. About ¼ of the way on the progress bar, I got a circle with a diagonal line through it and an apple web address below that ended in "startup". Everything stopped. I rebooted into startup manager and chose my clone of 12.5 and restarted. When it reached the desktop it was in Ventura, strange. My 12.5 disk was not available - didn't show in "startup disk" or in "disk utility" so I chose my 12.4 disk and booted into that. The 12.5 disk showed in the 12.4 disk and I restarted again on that clone and I'm back in business.

And Apple, that is why being able to clone discs, I use CCC, is good for users.

Erased the Ventura SSD (Disk utility wouldn't erase it - had to use TechTool Pro) cloned the Monterey 12.5 SSD and booted into the cloned SSD. Reinstalled Ventura, and seems to be working fine, but can't connect to WiFi.

When in Ventura my Monterey boot SSD (12.5) is not visible, but the backup SSD (12.4) is.

Booted into Ventura this AM and got the circle with a line again.

Installed Beta 2 - Still no WiFi or Internet. Both my ethernet ports have printers, but OS says no connections. My Monterey boot disk still doesn't show up on the desktop.

SUCCESS - WiFi connected and ethernet connections recognized👍

Now I can do some work in Vedntura🥰
