Beta 2 does not allow apps to be placed on another page

I've been having an issue with apps not being able to be moved from the dock and back again. This started yesterday while running iOS 14 Beta 1. Besides that issue (even after resetting Home Screen layout), whenever I try and move an app to another page with a space for the app, it sends it right back to its original spot and places a random app in the spot I was trying to move to. Anyone else experiencing this? I recorded my screen and sent it to Apple.
