Getting a ton of lag on my beta 3 install - phone locks up quite a bit and after 20-30 seconds finally locks and I can unlock and use again. Everything seems to freeze/lock up. Anyone else expiriencing? I did an OTA update from Beta 2 - have had no issues until now.
What is best way to resolve as I am not seeing others with the issue? Backup, restore, update to Beta 3, restore from backup?
