Beta 4 - Contact pictures disappeared??

I updated to beta 4 today and all my contact pictures disappeared. Does anyone know why, or how to get them back? This didn't happen with any other beta or upgrade ever. Not sure what's going on...

Not affected here.

Also, these are stored in the cloud typically, right? Seems like a cloud or issue with the contacts and not iOS 7.
