Beta 4 double notifications with watch

anyone getting alerts on both their phone and Apple Watch on the latest beta of iOS 9? Watch is still on 1.01

I am getting double notifications everywhere.....first one is saying new message from... then another one which is the actual message....almost like the phone is predicting that a message is about to arrive.....very annoying...
