Beta 4 not showing up

I noticed beta 4 was out yesterday, so I went to try it and my iPhone 6 only OTA only offered beta 3. So I updated to that, thinking 4 would show up after I updated. It didn't. Software update just say iOS 8.4, your software is up to date.

So I checked again today, same message - beta 4 still not showing.

Any ideas?
