Trying to set a wallpaper, and it goes into zoom mode, and can't zoom out to show the whole picture... Is this happening to anybody else? I don't know if it happens for the iPhone, but it happens with my iPad 3.

It happens to me, too. I really hope nobody blames this on the parallax effect; it has worked fine for three betas without needing to zoom in so far. Perhaps this is a huge bug that Apple managed to let through.

It's been posted many times. It's because of parallax. The phone needs to cut off content so when you moce your phone, there is content to show to create the parallax effect.

Jts done this is all precious betas, but it looks like they made it more extreme in beta 4.

What if you turn on reduce motion, scale and set a wallpaper and then turn off reduce motion. Does zoom it again?
