Hey guys so I just wanted to post this on the off chance any of you guys are left with an empty library that can't sync music after updating to beta 6 and installing the profile. After hours of tinkering I found that if you reinstall the iTunes beta software and then resync your music will actually go where its suppose to! Hope this can help a few people out!
