Beta Developer Profile

If I understand correctly, 10.13.1 required you to reinstall the developer profile for 10.13.1 to show up (as a full install). Was this a new profile or just a reinstall of the same?

I am technically a public beta tester but someone here gave me a terminal command a while back that pushed dev betas to me. I had to run the public beta profile again this time around to get 10.13.1 because I don't have access to the dev beta profile .dmg.

I do have the one from June though and wondering if:

I am back to public because of the profile install

Does the terminal command tweak still work

Will the June Dev dmg still work

Does it really even matter (lol!) because they pretty much release dev and public at the same time now.

I was wondering the same thing. Though I found it odd that Monday's Dev Beta release wasn't immediately (or next day) followed by a public beta release. Unusual for Apple to release a Developer Beta at 5pm eastern on a Monday, and more unusual for Apple to not follow it same day or next day with a public beta.
