beta or public

Folks, how can one tell if Beta is installed on the box? If a person clicks through all the upgrades, will Yosemite be upgraded to the public version?


I participated in the beta program, but now would like to make sure my imac is running the public, not beta release

Apple menu => About this Mac => System report => Software => System Version.
14A389 is Yosemite release version. Anything lower than that is beta.
