I'm looking at buying a new computer that can fully accommodate my website design needs. I usually run dreamweaver and photoshop along with browsers to test compatibility and all that. Which one of these 2 computers would better suit my needs?

27in iMac 2.7 quad core i5

15in Macbook Pro 2.0 quad core i7

Both will have about 1TB and 4GB of ram

Thank you all

Depends if you need to be mobile as that would make the choice easy!

I have experience of dreamweaver but having used photoshop, the 27" permits really good detail work. Upgrading RAM in iMac is simpler (not tha MBP is that difficult) should you need too.

Good luck in making decision! :)

Pretty easy answer really, do you want to take your work somewhere else? If yes get the mac book pro, if you want A LOT more desktop real estate (very handy when designing) iMac all the way...
