Better iSight Camera?

The iSight Cameras in the MBP's don't seem to have changed since 2006 or so... The quality in my 13" 2009 MBP is the same as my 2006 iMac. Have the iSight cameras gotten better now, or is the image still grainy?

The iDevices even have better cameras then Macs. The previous iPod Nano had a goddam HD camera, yet they have pretty much abandoned the iSight on the Macs...

They call them facetime cameras now so i'd guess in next gen products we could see an upgrade to give greater quality.

I too wish they were better. There are 3rd party aftermarket options out there for Macs that are quite nice.
