iPad better multitasking app similar to outdated Multiflow for ios 7?

Does this exist a multitasking app that shows the apps in a grid form, so the ipad's screen size can actually be put to use? I always loved a grid style multitasker that took out the scrolling element of multitasking. The only official software development that enabled such a feature is on the HTC one.
