Better Reception with 3GS

My home is in fringe area with poor AT&T signal (-99 to -103 dB). With my old 3G I had very frequent dropped calls. With the 3GS, I have not had a single dropped call in the same area.

Anyone else experience less dropped calls in areas with poor signal?
