Better to separate online orders?

When I order a 5S and also a leather case and AppleCare+ on Friday in the uk, is it better to order all of them together?
I ask this because sometimes an order won't go out because not all items are in stock.

Don't worry about it. Order them together and Apple will ship them out separately -- one part won't get held up just so they can ship everything together.
