iPhone XR Better to use 3G for voice-only SIM or LTE?

I started using an eSIM for LTE data and a physical SIM for voice and text on my XR. I’m wondering what would be better for battery - using the physical SIM on 3G or LTE? Since the LTE is already running for the eSIM. Or is the difference negligible?
